Coverdell History

Coverdell's vast experience is rooted in a 2005 merger of two companies – Discount Development Services, L.L.C. (DDS) and Coverdell & Company. DDS was founded in 1995 as a wholesale provider and administrator of non-insured health discount benefits. Coverdell & Company was founded in 1963 and was one of the first companies to market insurance to financial institutions. As a result, Coverdell has worked with banks longer than any other insurance marketing organization. Today, Coverdell services millions of individuals across the continent through offices in Atlanta, Chicago and Montreal.
