With over 20 years of progressive management experience in the insurance and financial services industry, Randal J. Tylin possesses an impressive record of enhancing administration and operations. As Vice President of Insurance, Mr. Tylin is responsible for overseeing numerous functions including customer service, fulfillment in the Chicago and Montreal offices, new business, membership and insurance product teams, insurance carrier relationships, claims and quality control.
Before Coverdell, Mr. Tylin held executive positions with several prominent companies in the insurance and affinity marketing industries. Most recently, Mr. Tylin served as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President for Chartered Benefit Services. In this role, Mr. Tylin was responsible for the company's overall operations and administrative functions to include a call center, provider relations, fulfillment, new product development and client relations.
A full-lines licensed insurance agent, Mr. Tylin is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management and the Direct Marketing Association.
